Deputy Public Protector to address UKZN webinar on Human Rights

Deputy Public Protector Adv. Kholeka Gcaleka will this afternoon be part of a webinar organised by the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) to commemorate Human Rights Month. The DPP’s thoughts will focus on attempting to answer a question whether the democratic values enshrined in the Constitution have been fulfilled 28 years since the dawn of the democratic dispensation.
