Public Protector South Africa re-opens for services
As of Wednesday, 4 January 2023, the Public Protector South Africa (PPSA) has resumed the provision of services to walk-in complainants across all its offices nationwide. This, followed a scaling down of operations for the festive season in December 2022. During the December break, the staff of the institution worked remotely and received complaints via its electronic platforms.
Members of the public who wish to lodge any complaints against any organs of state with the office may now do so at all PPSA branches. E-mail complaints are still being accepted via our central complaints email registration2@pprotect.org
Should members of the public need clarity on anything regarding the work of the institution, they can call our toll-free line 0800 11 20 40 or visit www.pprotect.org for more information.
The PPSA wishes the people of South Africa a prosperous 2023.
