Public Protector South Africa to present Annual Report to Parliament

The Public Protector South Africa leadership led by Acting Public Protector Adv. Kholeka Gcaleka will on Thursday, 20 October 2022, present the institution’s Annual Report  for the 2021/22 Financial Year to the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services.

The Acting Public Protector will be joined by the Chief Executive Ms. Thandi Sibanyoni and the Acting Chief Financial Officer Mr. Tshiamo Senosi.

The institution, which turns 27 years this month, is in terms of section 181(5) of the Constitution, accountable to the National Assembly and reports to the Assembly on its activities and the performance of its functions at least once a year.

The presentation of the Annual Report is scheduled as follows:
