Public Protector to release finalised investigation reports
Public Protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela will on Tuesday, 30 September 2014 hold a media briefing to release finalised investigation reports. The following reports will be released:
- Report on an investigation of maladministration by the National Empowerment Fund which allegedly resulted in prejudice to Ms Naomi Ngwenya.
- Report on an investigation into a complaint against the South African Bureau of Standards relating to the withdrawal of a permit for the manufacturing and sale of motor vehicle number plates.
- Report on an own initiative investigation into allegation of members of the public mauled by animals escaping from Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game reserve in Okhukho, Ulundi.
- Report on an investigation into allegation of improper prejudice as a result of alleged improper conduct by officials of the Bojanala District Municipality
She will also give progress report on ongoing investigations.
