Public Protector to launch the Good Governance Week

Public Protector Adv Thuli Madonsela will next week Monday launch the Public Protector Good Governance Week in Pretoria. The event will run from 17-22 October 2011.

The launch in the morning will be followed by a two-day high level conference on Good Governance under the theme: “Strengthening synergies and leadership in ensuring public accountability,” organised with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

The same event will also be happening in all nine provinces where the Public Protector has offices and will be spearheaded by the Provincial Representatives.
