Public Protector to commemorate Women’s Month in Limpopo

Pertinent issues affecting women will form part of Public Protector Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s address during her office’s commemoration of Women’s Month in Limpopo on Wednesday

Adv. Mkhwebane is visiting Leeuwfontein village, outside Marble Hall to commemorate the month dedicated to celebrate the heroism of women.

The event will also serve as the Public Protector’s makeshift service point for the day, where the locals will be allowed to register any service failure or conduct against any organ of state. This is in line with the Public Protector’s vision of ensuring that the services of her office are available to the people especially those in the grassroots.

Adv. Mkhwebane will be accompanied by investigators from her office in the province to register any complaint lodged.

The event will take place as follows:

Venue: Leeuwfontein Community Hall
Date: Wednesday, 23 August 2017
Time: 10:00
