Public Protector closes for Festive Season, services to be interrupted
Services at the Public Protector offices nationwide, will as of Thursday, 24 December 2020, be interrupted as the institution closes for the festive recess. During this period, the public may lodge complaints via the website or email.
On the website, complaints can be lodged here http://www.pprotect.org/?q=content/individual-complaints-form while Registration2@pprotect.org can be used for emailed complaints. All complaints lodged during this period will be attended to when the office reopens on Monday, 04 January 2021.
Public Protector Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane, Deputy Public Protector Adv. Kholeka Gcaleka and staff wish the people of South Africa showers of blessings, joy and abundance over the Festive Season and a prosperous the New Year.
In the same vein, they implore the public to continue playing their part in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic through observing safety measures such as wearing face masks, sanitising hands and observing social distancing at all material times.
