Public Protector to brief the Committee on Justice and Correctional Services

 

Public Protector Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane will on Wednesday, 06 May 2021, brief the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on her office’s Annual Performance Plan and Budget.

 

In terms of section 181(5) of the Constitution, the Public Protector is accountable to the National Assembly and reports to the Assembly on its activities and the performance of its functions at least once a year.
