Invitation to Prospective Investigators to Register on the PPSA External Investigation Panel or Supplier Date Base for Services not Exceeding R500 000.00
In compliance with the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act 1 of 1999) and the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, the Public Protector South Africa hereby encourage all interested Investigators to register on the PPSA suppliers database for services not exceeding R500 000.00.
Suitably law firms or individual investigators are also invited to register their firms. In order to adhere to the above requirements, Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI's) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMME’s) will be specifically targeted for the procurement of the above service. Quotations for the rendering of the above services will be requested on a rotation basis.
Registration forms can be collected from the PPSA premises at the below indicated address: Fully complete the forms, sign and return them by post or by hand to the below address. An original valid Tax (SARS) Clearance Certificate must also be attached. Please do not fax or submit a letter of your company’s notice of registration from SARS. The EFT Payment Instruction Form will not be accepted without a bank stamp. Incomplete returns will result in non-registration into the Public Protector South Africa's database.
Please note: The Public Protector South Africa reserves the right not to register a supplier if any misconduct is suspected, any information omitted or if the supplier does not comply with procurement regulations. Queries may be directed to the following enquiries:
